His expertise spans food systems transformation, food loss and waste, nutrition, and food safety, with a strong focus on integrating evidence-based solutions across agriculture, health, education, and private sector initiatives.
Dr. Kablan brings a unique blend of experience from academia, government, and international development. He conducted advanced research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where he focused on nutrition science, metabolic health, and the prevention of diet-related chronic diseases. His research at NIH and other academic institutions contributed to a deeper understanding of the links between food, health, and policy, helping shape public health and nutrition strategies globally.
