Professional Bio:
Anjali Richards is a Senior Development Specialist with up to two decades of international and domestic experience specialized in monitoring and evaluation of large-scale programs in the U.S. and globally; data utilization and development of robust metrics; and program management including leading large survey teams, designing and integrating data collection methods and tools, and ensuring quality assurance of results. Ms. Richards has successfully worked with implementing partners and grantees to strengthen their capacity and implement donor-funded programs, ensuring continuous improvement and high-quality results to strengthen program strategy and impact. She has expertise in a variety of technical areas including agriculture and food security, climate adaptation and resilience, infrastructure, and education.
