Anne's two decade career in public health has been a testament to her deeply personal and profound commitment to evidence-based, high-impact, cost-effective and sustainable health programs.

Analytic, adaptive and forward-thinking, Anne has led monitoring, evaluation and learning strategies for multi-billion dollar federal health investments, collaborated on health technology assessments, advanced digital inclusion in resource-poor settings, communicated across sectors using advanced data visualization and AI, and spearheaded public-private partnerships to leverage resources for health in an increasingly complex funding environment.

Anne has also had the fortune to share some of these skills and experiences as the principal lecturer on applied evaluation methods at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, peer-reviewed author, and expert panelist and presenter at domestic and international conferences.
