Bryn Sakagawa is a development specialist with over 20 years of experience managing teams to deliver health and development results in low and middle income countries. Her professional experience spans working in 21 countries and managing development programs in over 10 countries. She has expertise in creating collaborative partnerships to achieve global and country health goals. She is also skilled in building coalitions with governments, development agencies, private sector and civil society. She has a proven track record managing multi-cultural teams of up to 18 to optimize staff potential and engagement.
Ms. Sakagawa is an Associate Certified Executive and Leadership Coach with the International Coaching Federation, co-founder of AID Coaching- a network of former USAID coaches dedicated to serving development professionals - and owner of Apulit Consulting, LLC.
As a coach, she believes in coaching the whole person to empower, inspire, and transform them to be their best selves. She partners with leaders at all stages of their career journey to manage transitions, address work-life balance, explore alignment of values and beliefs, and strengthen personal and professional resilience and well-being. As an internal coach for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), she provided individual and team coaching for a global workforce of professionals in multiple countries.
