Christophe is a seasoned manager with over eight years of experience in auditing financial statements, reviewing internal control systems, ensuring compliance, accounting, and grant evaluation. He has supported clients across the public sector—including governments, regulatory authorities, and public service concession providers—as well as the private sector, encompassing industries and service companies, and the non-profit sector, including donors and NGOs such as MEDA for the AVENIR project. Christophe has led numerous evaluation and financial audit missions for projects financed by major donors such as the United Nations System, the French Development Agency (AFD), the European Union (EU), the International Development Association (IDA), and the Global Fund, operating across approximately ten African countries and the United States. He is well-versed in public procurement procedures and in the rules and regulations governing donor financing, and he brings a strong ability to perform under pressure, lead teams effectively, communicate clearly, and manage conflict constructively.
