Professional Bio:
Diane enjoys forty years of leadership experience in the social dimensions of agriculture, food security, biodiversity conservation and climate change with over ten years residence in Africa and Asia-Pacific. She is experienced in program and project design, procurement, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as social science research. Point of contact at USAID for gender, social inclusion and engagement of Indigenous Peoples and local communities. Diane also has a PhD in anthropology and a Masters in Environmental Management.
