She is skilled in cross-sector collaboration, political and donor negotiation, and leading multicultural teams in dynamic, resource-constrained environments. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she has consistently aligned policy, sustainability, and social impact across government, corporate, and NGO sectors.

Throughout her career, Emily has worked with Fortune 500 companies, startups, international organizations, and grassroots NGOs, bridging sectors and functions to design and implement high-impact initiatives.
