Grace is an independent consultant with deep experience in digital health and global health security. She has worked in both the public sector, supporting various USAID implementing partners, and in the private sector at Oracle.

She currently offers the following capabilities and services:

Project management and customer success: Grace has managed complex, multi-million-dollar projects in surveillance, digital health, and pandemic preparedness. She has also overseen the deployment of two digital platforms focused on vaccine management and vaccine trials.

Business development and technical writing: She has written proposals to secure U.S. government funding across a range of sectors.

Operations: Grace has developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operating manuals for projects and established company-level platforms.

She has experience working in multiple regions, including East and West Africa, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.

Grace is fluent in Russian and French and has used both languages professionally.
