Katherine McElhinny is an organizational learning and capacity development specialist with over 20 years of experience designing learning systems, coaching programs, and knowledge strategies across USAID and its global partners. She specializes in designing and delivering experiential learning programs, competency-based training, and coaching strategies rooted in adult learning theory. With field experience spanning Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, Katherine builds spaces where technical teams can reflect, adapt, and grow. Her work blends adult learning principles, systems thinking, and inclusive facilitation to strengthen programs in WASH, biodiversity, climate, and infrastructure.
