With over two decades of experience, he brings a unique blend of scientific expertise, strategic project management, and proactive communication to his role at the Agricultural Research Council (ARC).
Lebogang holds a Master of Science in Botany, an Honours degree, and a BSc in Genetics and Plant Molecular Biology. He has led multiple interdisciplinary research projects focused on crop improvement, leveraging cutting-edge biotechnological tools and breeding methodologies to develop resilient, high-yielding plant varieties.
An accomplished project manager, Lebogang oversees complex research portfolios, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder engagement to deliver results on time and within budget. His strategic planning and meticulous execution have strengthened ARC’s pipeline of innovative agricultural solutions.
