Her expertise spans strategy development, program operations, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Lena has overseen complex, multi-country portfolios, strengthened collaboration across diverse teams, and advanced research and capacity-building efforts to promote sustainable impact.
Fluent in English and Russian, she holds a Master’s in Management from Durham University Business School (UK) and is completing her Change Management Professional certification with the Association of Change Management Professionals.
