Professional Bio:
Mandisi Mabika is an International Development, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Programme Management Specialist with over 20 years of experience in development and more than 10 years dedicated to MEL and program management across Southern Africa. she has led and supported large donor-funded portfolios, including USAID, the Global Fund, and the Roger Federer Foundation, managing multi-country initiatives focused on education, health, and social development.
Mandisi holds two master’s degrees from Stellenbosch University, an MPhil in Monitoring and Evaluation Methods and an MPhil in HIV/AIDS Management which ground her technical expertise in evidence-based programming and systems strengthening. Her work includes designing and strengthening MEL frameworks, program management, conducting mixed-method evaluations, aligning NGO and donor programs with government systems, and mentoring teams to improve data quality and use for decision-making.
Driven by a commitment to practical, sustainable impact, Mandisi bridges program design, policy alignment, and on-the-ground implementation to help organizations deliver measurable change and build resilient communities.
