Professional Bio:
Margaret Ramalho McMorrow, PE is a licensed civil and environmental engineer with more than two decades of experience working on municipal water supply, infrastructure systems, and climate resilience programs around the world. Her career spans utility operations, infrastructure planning, and international development, with projects supporting water and wastewater utilities and climate-resilient service delivery across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. During her tenure with USAID, she managed major development portfolios that included water resource management, infrastructure investment, and institutional capacity building for utilities and local governments. Earlier in her career, she worked directly with municipal water systems in California and internationally on operational performance and energy efficiency. She brings an integrated perspective that combines engineering, governance, and climate adaptation to strengthen sustainable urban water services.
