Professional Bio:

Melody Aulick is an international development and conservation professional with more than 20 years of experience working across Africa and other global regions. Her work has focused on biodiversity conservation, climate policy, and community-led development, including long-term engagement in the Congo Basin and West Africa.

She has held senior leadership roles with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and international nonprofit organizations, where she led multi-country programs and partnerships with governments, research institutions, and local communities. Now based in San Antonio, Melody continues to advise organizations on strategy and impact while staying deeply engaged in global affairs, international collaboration, and lifelong learning.
