Professional Bio:
Robbinah is a results-driven public health professional with 30+ years of experience and a proven track record in designing, leading, and evaluating large-scale health programs across Uganda and sub-Saharan Africa. For 17 years, she served with USAID/Uganda in senior leadership roles — guiding multi-million dollar initiatives in HIV/AIDS prevention, reproductive health, adolescent services, family planning, gender, and health systems strengthening. Prior to this, she worked with public sector, UN and International organizations.
She thrives in complex policy environments, is passionate about equitable access to health services, and brings a collaborative, strategic mindset to every challenge. Robbinah is looking to connect with public health professionals, donors, and implementers passionate about sustainable impact.
