Tula is a public health communications specialist with extensive experience supporting global and domestic health programs across NIH, NCI, CDC, USAID, WHO, PAHO, private sector organizations, and other major public health institutions. She has technical expertise in global health security; pandemic and emerging infectious disease outbreak prevention, response, and control; risk and crisis communications; cancer, diabetes, and other chronic diseases; mental illness; and HIV/AIDS.
